As Project Coordinator for the German Market, you will oversee the successful execution of customer projects for several leading retail clients in Germany. From the moment commercial agreements are finalized until products are delivered, you ensure every step of the process runs efficiently.
Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Customer Service, and external production partners, you coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and resolve challenges before they impact delivery. You are the connecting link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure expectations are aligned and projects are completed successfully.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer-specific projects for the German market
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time
- Convert commercial agreements into clear operational plans for internal teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, budgets, and delivery deadlines
- Act as the primary point of contact during project implementation for German-speaking customers
- Prepare and maintain product information, pricing files, and customer documentation
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to guarantee accurate product specifications and availability
- Maintain project administration and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

Jouw profiel
- Experience in project coordination, customer operations, account support, or a comparable role
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Able to remain calm and focused when priorities shift or deadlines become tight
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a clear overview of complex projects
