As part of the dynamic Customer Service team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Representatives and serving as the primary point of contact for the French-speaking clientele. With your enthusiasm and service-oriented attitude, you provide customers with information and advice. By phone and email you answer questions about the products, pricing, delivery times and returns. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures flawless order processing in SAP, while your proactive approach enables you to swiftly address any tricky situations or complaints that may arise. Collaborating seamlessly with the finance department, you’ll also assist in handling financial requests. With your dedication, you ensure the maintenance of high service standards!

Given the international scope of our organization, proficiency in both spoken and written French and English at a professional level is essential.

Jouw profiel
  • Experience in the field of Customer Service (B2B)
  • Good command of both French and English in word and writing
  • Experience with MS Office and preferably experience with SAP
  • Strong communication skills
