Logistics Process Coordinator
You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing logistics processes within the warehouse. You will lead a process team, manage the daily planning, solve problems, and conduct quality checks. Additionally, you will contribute to improving work processes and handle administrative tasks in SAP.

De functie
The primary focus of this position is coordinating logistics processes across various departments within the warehouse. You will be responsible for organizing the daily schedule, with productivity, quality, and safety as key priorities.
Working closely with your process team, you will achieve set targets and provide operational support. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding questions and/or issues. Through training, you will pass on your knowledge to employees and effectively resolve recurring problems in a structured manner.
Additionally, you will ensure that tasks are performed in a clean, safe environment and in accordance with protocols. Quality control, reporting, and proposing improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. Administrative tasks are managed in SAP.
In this role, you are highly versatile and can be deployed in various areas within the warehouse. The process team consists of four colleagues, and you will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Jouw profiel
- Work experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Familiarity with process improvement
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekdays only (between 06:00 and 20:00)
- Own transportation due to early start times
