You assist representatives and ensure that customers are helped efficiently and courteously while maintaining the service level. You communicate with customers by phone and email regarding various matters, such as product information and availability.
Sample requests, preparing order confirmations, and sending them to customers fall under your responsibility. Additionally, you will process product information on customer platforms, perform translations from English to German, and process product sheets in German. This varied role requires a proactive and precise approach.
